This is the most comprehensive book covering Finnish postage rates so far. The book covers postage rates and fees in Finland from July 1, 1875 when the UPU agreement was taken into use until the end of 2001, when the markka was replaced with Euro as the Finnish currency. It includes all rates and fees, which could be paid with stamps, postal stationeries, franking machines or equivalent means of payment accepted by the General Post Office.
